What was the
challenge?
The challenge was to transform field knowledge into an effective digital tool. Our task was to design and develop an application aimed at professional veterinarians, capable of recommending the right timing and type of deworming. The app takes many variables into account to ensure the implementation of high-quality treatment, making veterinarians daily work easier and improving animal welfare.

We researched, designed, tested... and then developed.
We designed the app on paper, worked on its information architecture, and tested it in low fidelity to validate its initial concept. We then moved forward with certainty to a detailed prototype in Figma, where we integrated user feedback after several key tests. Subsequently, we refined the experience and conducted further testing, achieving 100% effectiveness in the results.

User testing was a key stage in the app's development. It allowed us to ensure that it met the real needs of the users. This feedback was essential for adjusting usability, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that the deworming recommendations were accurate and easy to apply.
Recommendations with Artificial Intelligence
Finally, with the designs validated, we developed an app for iOS and Android using Angular and Ionic, integrating algorithms based on the know-how of parasitology experts. This tool not only optimized the bovine deworming process but also significantly improved the productivity of veterinarians, making their daily work easier.
