TUXDI allows users to request the deletion of personal data associated with our services, applications, chatbots, and messaging systems.

How to Request the Deletion of Your Data

To request the deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

In your message, please provide the information necessary for us to identify the data associated with your request, for example:

Do not send passwords, verification codes, or sensitive information that is not necessary to identify your request.

Identity Verification

To protect our users' information, TUXDI may request reasonable additional information to verify the identity of the requester before carrying out the deletion.

We will never request passwords or authentication codes to process a data deletion request.

Request Processing

Once the request has been validated, we will identify the personal data under TUXDI's control and proceed to delete or anonymize it, except when we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal or contractual obligations, security requirements, or fraud prevention measures.

If the requested data was collected through a chatbot, application, or service belonging to one of our clients, that organization may be the data controller responsible for processing such data.
